BIG BRAD !!!
Hey Gang,
We are approaching 90 players in the Colossal Round Robin Event scheduled for Saturday morning, Oct. 30, 2021. I want to thank everyone for signing up. As you know, we cannot have such great tournaments in Lakeland without our great players, so Thanks!!!
Now, for Big Brad's Reason #3 to come to our fabulous tournament. This is something that is important to a lot of players and also to myself as the tournament director. Reason #3 is QUICK RESULTS! Who wants to play in a tournament and then wait a week and sometimes even longer to see the results posted? Not me! So, just to let you know, when we finish our tournament on Saturday afternoon, I submit all the results to the USATT within 10 minutes of the final match. Yep, the USATT has the results before we have a chance to sweep the gymnasium floor! And then, when the USATT officials come to work on Monday morning, guess what! The tournament results are there waiting for them to process and post on the USATT website. We usually have the results on the USATT website on Monday morning or afternoon. Waiting around for a week or two is just not right in this new high-tech world.
In addition to the USATT posting of the results, we also post every single match in the tournament with every single score on our Lakeland Website. So, you can go to our website and analyze how you did and how all the other players did with their actual scores of all games for all matches. How sweet is that! Also we have thousands and thousands of pictures and videos on the Lakeland Website, going back to the year 2002!
So, now you know Big Brad's Reason #3 to attend our super tournament on Oct. 29-30, 2021. BUT WAIT!!! There are still more reasons, so STAY TUNED FOR BIG BRAD'S REASON #4 to come to beautiful Lakeland, Florida!!! IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!
